The Aerial Telecom Crew Leader will be responsible for assisting the project Foreman by managing the daily job site situations, maintaining a safe and accident free working environment, and being accountable for quality and productivity for our customers on our new business projects within the Telecom Construction division.

• Review plans and permits
• Establish daily crew goals
• Communicate with customer
• Assign job duties
• Monitor progress
• Evaluate teammates’ performance and provide coaching

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License strongly preferred
• Lineman training a plus
• Certification in First Aid / CPR is desired
• Basic Aerial Placement is desired
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work related experience
• Three years related experience in construction
• Ability to communicate with teammates and customers

Bilingual and prior construction experience is highly desirable.
