This position supports complex industrial construction and heavy infrastructure projects from planning through completion. You'll work closely with experienced Project Managers, field personnel, subcontractors, vendors, and clients while gaining exposure to every phase of project execution.

- Support Project Managers in planning and executing industrial and infrastructure projects
- Assist with project estimating, bid reviews, and pre‑construction planning
- Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and milestones
- Monitor project budgets, job costs, forecasting, and financial performance
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and internal project teams
- Participate in client meetings and maintain strong customer communication
- Conduct job site visits to monitor project progress and support field operations
- Assist with billing, invoicing, and project documentation
- Track project performance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Help ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget
- 1–5 years of experience in project coordination, construction, engineering, industrial services, or related industries
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience with budgeting, cost tracking, forecasting, or project financials
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
- Comfortable working both in an office and at project sites
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Procore, or similar platforms
- Self‑motivated with a desire to grow into a Project Manager role
