Description of Duties
- Perform general construction labor to place and compact foundation wall backfill.
- Operate motorized equipment including walk-behind plate compactors.
- Requirements: alert individuals with good balance and physical strength.
- Work may be performed during inclement weather and could involve exposure to extreme cold and heat, noise, and dust from construction operations.
- Drug testing required.
- Education:
High School or equivalent (not applicable). - Transportation:
Required to travel to job site.
- Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling up to 50 pounds of material and up to 90 pounds of material with assistance if requested.
- Frequent walking, stooping, kneeling, reaching and climbing.
- Frequent use of equipment such as a walk-behind plate compactor.
- 10‑hour OSHA card.
