We are currently seeking an experienced Scheduling Manager to support a large-scale infrastructure construction project.

Responsibilities- Develop and maintain baseline project schedules in coordination with project management, field operations, and subcontractors.
- Utilize industry-standard scheduling software to create, update, analyze, and manage project schedules, including resource loading, cost loading, sequencing, and critical path analysis.
- Oversee project controls processes to assess risk, identify schedule impacts, and implement best practices.
- Analyze schedule changes and communicate impacts to project cost and timelines while maintaining version control.
- Document, review, and evaluate project delays, change orders, and schedule modifications.
- Lead project scheduling meetings and provide detailed reporting to project stakeholders.
- Forecast and monitor project budgets as they relate to schedule performance.
- Track schedule baselines, perform what-if analyses, and develop contingency and recovery plans.
- Support claims analysis, mitigation efforts, and schedule-related dispute resolution.
- Develop complex schedule models and ensure scheduling systems support project requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
- 6+ years of project scheduling experience within construction or infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency with Primavera scheduling software (P6 preferred).
- Strong understanding of scheduling concepts including baseline schedules, progress schedules, recovery schedules, critical path method (CPM), total float, predecessor/successor relationships, constraints, and schedule forecasting.
- Experience with claims analysis and time impact analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and solve complex project challenges.
- Strong decision-making, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Experience working collaboratively within large project teams.
- Willingness to travel as required.
