Project Scheduler

We are currently seeking an experienced Scheduling Manager to support a large-scale infrastructure construction project.

• Develop and maintain baseline project schedules in coordination with project management, field operations, and subcontractors.
• Utilize industry-standard scheduling software to create, update, analyze, and manage project schedules, including resource loading, cost loading, sequencing, and critical path analysis.
• Oversee project controls processes to assess risk, identify schedule impacts, and implement best practices.
• Analyze schedule changes and communicate impacts to project cost and timelines while maintaining version control.
• Document, review, and evaluate project delays, change orders, and schedule modifications.
• Lead project scheduling meetings and provide detailed reporting to project stakeholders.
• Forecast and monitor project budgets as they relate to schedule performance.
• Track schedule baselines, perform what-if analyses, and develop contingency and recovery plans.
• Support claims analysis, mitigation efforts, and schedule-related dispute resolution.
• Develop complex schedule models and ensure scheduling systems support project requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
• 6+ years of project scheduling experience within construction or infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency with Primavera scheduling software (P6 preferred).
• Strong understanding of scheduling concepts including baseline schedules, progress schedules, recovery schedules, critical path method (CPM), total float, predecessor/successor relationships, constraints, and schedule forecasting.
• Experience with claims analysis and time impact analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and solve complex project challenges.
• Strong decision-making, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Experience working collaboratively within large project teams.
• Willingness to travel as required.
