As a CR3 American Exteriors Sales Personnel your job will consist of meeting with Homeowners, perform exterior inspections, present estimates and create trust with our clients.

• Comfortable climbing ladders
• Able to inspect roofs safety with or without project manager there
• Comfortable working all seasons
• Able to lift 50lbs
• Able to walk different roof pitches
• Perform free roof inspections
• Confidence presenting Estimates to clients
• Have great communication skills
• Have basic smartphone and computer skills
• Willing to learn our CRM System
• Have positive attitude and be self-motivated
• Stay organized and follow with clients consistently
• Generate New Leads through neighborhood outreach and referrals.
• Educate Clients on roofing, siding, gutters, any exterior needs, financing, and insurance claims assistance
• Help prepare estimates but mostly guide customers through the rotation process.
• Build lasting customer relationships while delivering exceptional service.
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable Transportation
• Must be 18 or older
• Professional Appearance
• Must pass a basic random drug test

• Sales experience in roofing or construction
• Roofing or construction knowledge is a plus
• Experience with insurance restoration and Financing
• Bilingual is a plus but not required
