• Perform concrete finishing on sidewalks, curbs, driveways, and structures
• Set up, place, level, and finish concrete surfaces
• Operate finishing tools and equipment safely and effectively
• Work with crew members to complete projects on schedule
• Maintain a safe and clean work area

• Experience with concrete setup and finishing tools
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug screens
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and occasional nights
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Self-starter with ability to work on a team
• Reliable transportation
• OSHA 10- or 30-Hour Construction Training Card a plus
