IES is seeking an HVAC Assistant Project Manager to support multifamily construction projects in Cincinnati, OH. You will assist with preconstruction, submittals, procurement, scheduling, budgeting, and closeout, ensuring safety and compliance with contracts and company standards.
You'll coordinate with owners, engineers, GC's, and vendors, track long-lead items, prepare reports, and help maintain organized project files and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
