Faxon Machining Estimator performs time, cost, and labor estimates for RFQs by reviewing customer blueprints, specs and data. The role involves determining material and labor requirements and working with sales, engineering and shop teams to ensure accurate pricing and feasible schedules.
Proficiency with reading blueprints, Solid Works, Word and Excel is required; prior experience with DOD contracts (FAR/DFARS) is a strong plus. The position is based in Cincinnati, OH and requires on-site work.
