Position: Commerical Waterproofing Foreman

Compensation: $28.00 – $35.00 per hour

Tiello is partnering with a well-established and growing commercial waterproofing and building envelope contractor to identify an experienced Commercial Waterproofing Foreman to join their field operations team. This company has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality waterproofing, restoration, and building envelope solutions on commercial construction projects and continues to expand throughout the region.

As a Commercial Waterproofing Foreman
, you will be responsible for leading field crews and overseeing the successful installation of commercial waterproofing systems on active construction projects. This is a hands‑on leadership role for an experienced professional who takes pride in delivering quality workmanship, maintaining safe job sites, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and according to specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise waterproofing crews on commercial construction projects.
  • Manage daily field operations, including manpower, materials, equipment, and project schedules.
  • Install and oversee waterproofing systems including sealants, coatings, membranes, below-grade waterproofing, restoration applications, and building envelope solutions.
  • Read and interpret project drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and installation requirements.
  • Ensure all work is completed according to project specifications, manufacturer requirements, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and clients to maintain project progress.
  • Train, mentor, and provide direction to field team members to improve productivity and workmanship.
  • Perform quality control inspections and address any issues proactively.
  • Maintain compliance with OSHA safety regulations, company safety policies, and job site requirements.
  • Manage tools, equipment, and materials while maintaining an organized and efficient work environment.
  • Assist with project planning, material coordination, and daily reporting as needed.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in commercial waterproofing, restoration, building envelope, or related construction trades.
  • Previous experience leading or supervising field crews.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial waterproofing systems, sealants, coatings, membranes, and restoration methods.
  • Experience with below-grade waterproofing, concrete restoration, expansion joints, and exterior building systems preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project documents.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced commercial construction environment.
  • Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and safe job site practices.
  • Comfortable working at heights using lifts, scaffolding, and other access equipment.
