Evaluation Period:
Annual performance evaluations if the student works the entire academic year. If the student works one semester, the performance evaluation will be completed after that semester.

Purpose:

Support the MSJ Theatre, Recital Hall, and Scenic Shop through event assistance, maintenance of equipment and facilities, theatre production assistance, and general tasks that promote programs and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

* Event Assistance

* Help setup/tear down for events in the Theatre and/or Recital Hall.

* Help run events, or if capable, run some events alone.

* Equipment and Facilities Maintenance

* Complete various maintenance projects to help keep the Theatre, Recital Hall, and Scenic Shop in running condition. This includes, but is not limited to:

* Organizing equipment

* Cleaning equipment

* Building/planning better storage solutions

* Streamlining equipment setup with direction of technical director

* Theatre Production Assistance

* Assist with technical projects related to the theatre productions. This can include: props, set, lighting, sound, or costumes, depending on needs.
