The Video Producer plays a strategic role in developing and delivering high-quality corporate video content that informs, inspires, and supports business objectives. This position leads projects from initial concept through final delivery, ensuring each production is completed on time, within budget, and aligned with client goals and approved scope.

The Producer is responsible for developing accurate project budgets, managing resources efficiently, and maintaining financial oversight throughout the production lifecycle. This includes forecasting costs, tracking expenses, managing vendor estimates, and proactively communicating any scope or budget changes to stakeholders. A strong understanding of financial stewardship and cost control is essential.

The ideal candidate is an organized and creative problem solver with a strong passion for corporate storytelling. They understand how to translate business messaging into compelling visual narratives that resonate with internal and external audiences across executive presentations, brand communications, training content, and thought leadership initiatives.

This role requires confident leadership, clear communication, and strong collaboration with internal creative teams, clients, and external production partners. The Video Producer guides messaging strategy, oversees scripting and content development, manages schedules and logistics, and ensures brand consistency throughout the production process.

In addition to long‑form and presentation‑driven corporate video, this role supports the creation of shorter, social‑ready edits and digital cutdowns that extend campaign reach across Social Media platforms. The Producer ensures all content maintains a polished, on‑brand voice while adapting appropriately for digital distribution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead corporate video projects from concept through delivery, ensuring alignment with client objectives, messaging strategy, timeline, and approved scope.
  • Develop detailed project budgets, secure internal approvals, and maintain full financial oversight throughout production. Track actuals versus estimates, manage change orders, and ensure projects remain on or under budget.
  • Create and manage production schedules, resource plans, and crew assignments to ensure efficient execution across preproduction, production, and postproduction.
  • Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to clarify goals, shape messaging, and translate business objectives into compelling visual storytelling.
  • Oversee script development, creative treatments, interview preparation, and content outlines to ensure clear, engaging, and on brand communication.
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts and rates, and coordinate external partners including freelancers, studios, and postproduction resources.
  • Provide onset leadership, ensuring professional execution, clear communication, and a collaborative, inclusive production environment.
  • Supervise postproduction workflows including editing, motion graphics, music selection, revisions, and final delivery specifications.
  • Identify opportunities to extend corporate video assets into shorter social‑ready cutdowns for platforms such as Linked In and internal digital channels.
  • Maintain strong client relationships by proactively communicating progress, risks, and solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet brand standards, accessibility considerations, and corporate compliance requirements.
  • Contribute to business growth by identifying upsell opportunities, supporting proposal development, and helping scope new projects accurately.
  • Live event producing experience is a plus.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in media production, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, or five years of equivalent professional experience and training.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional video production experience, with a strong emphasis on corporate, branded, or executive communications content.
