Job Location:

Cincinnati General Offices. Position:
Graphic Designer, NA Skin Care Team, P&G Beauty House – Skin Care.

Responsibilities
  • Build concepts and execute the visual strategy for our brands across multiple consumer touchpoints including packaging, promotional materials, visual communications, eCommerce, social media, etc.
  • Ensure brand guidelines and directives are embraced consistently and creatively.
  • Communicate and justify conceptual and directional choices.
  • Be accountable for excellent execution.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support business needs.
Qualifications
  • Required:
    • BA/BS in Graphic Design or similar field.
    • Entry 3‑5 years of full‑time design work experience is ideal (outside of freelance work).
    • Portfolio demonstrating mastery in design principles and brand identity; assessed on creative excellence, storytelling, independent ideation, problem‑solving, and technical mastery.
    • Experience designing for digital, packaging, and instore displays with a basic understanding of print feasibility.
    • Expertise in Adobe CS (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) and Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).
    • Ability to work onsite at our Cincinnati, OH office 3‑5 days per week.
  • Preferred:
    • Passion for beauty with an understanding of category trends and the competitive landscape.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to justify design choices to multi‑functional partners.
    • Comfortable giving and receiving feedback, flexible in an environment of constant change.
    • Superior time and project management skills; ability to set priorities and be accountable.
    • Knowledge of digital UX/UI design principles and familiarity with AI‑enabled tools used in creating quick prototypes, design iterations, and enhancing ideation speed and creativity.
