Crossroads Church is a growing multi‑site, interdenominational church with locations in Ohio and Kentucky and plans to expand further. We also serve thousands online. This role works under the direction of the Lead Technical Artist and collaborates closely with Experience Team creatives to translate vision into animation, cohesive graphics packages, and environmental elements that create an immersive weekend experience. The primary focus is content for a large LED volume for weekend services, with potential AR/XR projects. A solid foundation in 3D work is essential, and the artist must have strong aesthetic sensibility and drive to create excellent work and stay at the cutting edge of evolving technology.

• Design and execute a variety of assets (digital environments, animation, graphics packages, etc.) to create an immersive weekend experience that is cohesive with the overall creative direction.
• Execute a weekly production plan for asset creation.
• Maintain documentation of technical and workflow problems and solutions.
• Build and manage a library of assets, templates and presets.

• 1–5+ years of professional motion graphics experience (please submit a reel or samples of work).
• Proficient in content creation and integration in a game engine.
• Experience working with 3D design including modeling, texturing/materials, UV mapping, virtual lighting and rendering.
• Experience creating generative and interactive content as well as real‑time content rendering and modification.
• Robust understanding of data routing including ASCN, Midi, Art Net, and OSC.
• Familiarity with a broadcast video environment including digital signal processing and stage lighting systems.
• Any experience with interactive/infrared tracking systems (Leap Motion, Kinect, etc.) is a plus.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Self‑motivated and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of the Google web platform and a willingness to learn other software tools as needed.
• Organized, disciplined with priorities, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Able to work independently without direct supervision.
• Able to perform effectively under pressure and against strict time constraints.

• Must be able to walk up to 5 miles while performing duties, including standing, climbing, lifting, pulling, pushing, carrying, reaching, stooping, and crouching.
• Must be able to lift 25 and 50 lbs.

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends and other high‑impact events at Crossroads.
