The Communications Specialist
- Multimedia Producer develops compelling visual and multimedia content that informs, inspires, and connects employees across the organization.
As a visual storyteller, this producer has strong technical skills in video production, podcast production and digital media, and a passion for creating content that enhances the employee experience. This individual brings stories to life by recording, editing and adhering to production workflows in coordination with the internal communications team.

Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues. Ensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. While operating within the Bank's risk appetite, achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Produces high‑quality multimedia content including videos, podcasts, infographics, and photography to support internal campaigns, announcements, and initiatives.
- Collaborates with internal stakeholders to identify compelling stories and translate them into engaging visual formats.
- Manages end‑to‑end video production including scripting, filming, editing, and post‑production.
- Coordinates multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met, stakeholders are informed and projects reach successful completion.
- Delivers against editorial calendars and ensures all content is consistent with our Brand, Vision, Purpose and Values.
- Leverages channel optimization by using tailored content for various internal channels to maximize reach and impact.
- Tracks engagement metrics and use insights to continuously improve content effectiveness.
- Assumes additional responsibilities as required to fulfill departmental goals.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
None.
- Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Production, Communications or related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in multimedia content creation, preferably in a newsroom, corporate or internal communications setting.
- Strong storytelling, communication, editing, and visual design skills.
- Experience with video and podcast production, editing and techniques.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and other relevant tools.
- Ability to deliver against tight deadlines when they arise, resolve issues, and propose solutions in a fast‑paced environment.
- Highly flexible; able to quickly respond to changing or unanticipated needs and mobilize accordingly.
- Strategic problem‑solver who can look around corners to identify potential obstacles and design thoughtful, creative solutions.
- Solid understanding of intranet platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Salesforce) and experience with analytics tools and user experience design preferred.
- Willingness to work with all levels of employees and leaders across the organization, including key internal partners and executive team with discretion, sound judgment and a sense of humor.
- Normal office environment with little exposure to dust, noise, temperature and the like.
- Extended viewing of a CRT screen.
The base salary for this position is reflective of the range of salary levels for all roles within this pay grade across the U.S. Individual salaries within this range will vary based on factors such as role, relevant skillset, relevant experience, education and geographic location. In addition to the base salary, this role is eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan, with any such payment based upon company, line of business and/or individual performance.
