About the Role
Coho (Content House) is the internal advertising agency within the Personal Care division of P&G. This is a senior advertising/content producer position responsible for delivering projects on an ongoing basis, collaborating closely with the Account and Creative teams. The Producer will leverage expertise in budgeting, timeline delivery, resource booking, and fast‑moving pre‑ and post‑production workflows.
Job LocationCINCINNATI GENERAL OFFICES
Key Responsibilities- Take ownership of assigned production projects and see them through to completion.
- Create timelines, estimate creative lift, book and manage resources, and ensure agency and freelance resources are used efficiently.
- Manage production budgets and reconcile jobs.
- Physically attend shoots; be prepared to travel (up to 25%) as required.
- Own pre‑ and post‑production workflows for always‑on content initiatives.
- Ensure all work is signed off at the right stages by the right people.
- Work with Accounts and Finance to properly reconcile production and post‑production phases.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages creativity and professional growth.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of creative projects, ensuring on‑time and on‑budget results.
- Collaborate with content house brand managers and in‑house clients to understand their needs and objectives.

- Demonstrable 5+ years of production experience on a wide variety of marketing and content deliverable types, preferably within an agency or in‑house environment.
- Familiarity with agency turn‑around times, ad‑process dynamics, and an enjoyment of pace and challenges.
- Proactive nature and problem‑solving skills; ability to mitigate issues, propose creative solutions, and know when to elevate.
- Detail‑oriented with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Confident, positive, and possessing a ‘can‑do’ attitude.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative and plugged in to social content trends.
