Leigh and Co. is seeking a Lead Wedding Coordinator based in Cincinnati, Ohio, for the upcoming 2026 wedding season. This position allows you to manage your schedule while overseeing wedding planning services for couples. You will collaborate with client experience managers and assist coordinators during events.
The role includes leading ceremony rehearsals, managing setups, and ensuring a seamless experience for the wedding party and guests. Training is provided, and compensation is $350 for 10-12 hours of work per project.
