GENERAL FUNCTION

The Communications Specialist – Multimedia Producer develop s compellingvisual and multimedia content that informs, inspires, and connects employees across the organization.

Avisual storyteller, this producer hasstrong technical skills in video production,podcast production and digital media, and a passion for creating content that enhances the employee experience.

This individual brings stories to life byrecording, editing and adheringtoproduction workflow sin coordination withthe internal communications team.

Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues . E nsures that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. While operating within the Bank's risk appetite, achieves results by consistently identifying , assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types.

ESSENTIAL

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Produce s high-quality multimedia content including videos,podcasts,infographics, and photography to support internal campaigns, announcements, and initiatives.
  • Collaborate s with internal stakeholders to identify compelling stories and translate them into engaging visual formats.
  • Manage s end-to-end video production including scripting, filming, editing, and post-production.
  • Coordinate s multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met,stakeholders are informed and projects reach successful completion.
  • Delivers againsteditorial calendars and ensures all content is consistent with our Brand, Vision, Purpose and Value s .
  • Leverage s channeloptimizationby using tailoredcontent for various internal channels to maximize reach andimpact.
  • Track s engagement metrics and use insights to continuously improve content effectiveness.
  • Assumes additional responsibilities as required to fulfill departmental goals.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

None.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED
  • Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Production, Communications or related field.
  • 3to 5years of experience in multimedia content creation, preferably in anewsroom,corporate or internal communications setting.
  • Strong storytelling,communication,editing, and visual design skills.
  • Experience with videoand podcast production, editing and techniques.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to deliver against tight deadlines when they arise, resolve issues, and propose solutions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly flexible; able to quickly respond to changing orunanticipatedneeds and mobilize accordingly.
  • Strategic problem solver who can look around corners to identify potential obstacles and design thoughtful, creative solutions.
  • Solid understanding of intranet platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Salesforce) and experience with analytics tools and user experience design preferred.
  • Willingness toworkwith all levels of employees and leaders across the organization, including key internal partners and executive team with discretion, sound judgment and a sense of humor.
WORKING CONDITIONS
  • Normal office environment with little exposure to dust, noise, temperature and the like.
  • Extended viewing of a CRT screen.
