OverviewP&G’s Beauty House is a multidisciplinary design studio supporting our beauty brands around the world. We are comprised of a diverse array of skills, backgrounds, and viewpoints. We sit elbow to elbow with Marketing, R&D, Finance, and Package Development to generate a broad spectrum of insights. - Build concepts executing the visual strategy for our brands across multiple consumer touchpoints including packaging, promotional materials, visual communications, eCommerce, social media, etc.
- Ensure brand guidelines and directives are embraced consistently and creatively.
- Communicate and justify conceptual and directional choices.
- Be accountable for excellent execution.
- Stellar packaging experience across a variety of industries.
- Uses empathy and non-linear thinking; must be able to see the consumer as a person and ideate solutions with the consumer in mind.
- Has strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to justify your conceptual and directional design choices with multi-functional partners.
- Is comfortable giving and receiving feedback.
- Is flexible in an environment of constant change and able to engage and influence across functional partners.
- Has superior time and project management skills; possesses the ability to set priorities and be accountable.
- BA/BS in Graphic Design or a similar field.
- Entry to 3 years of full-time design work experience is ideal (outside of freelance work).
- A portfolio that demonstrates mastery in design principles and brand identity. Your portfolio will be assessed on creative excellence, storytelling, independent ideation, problem-solving, and technical mastery.
- Experience designing for digital, packaging, and in-store displays with a basic understanding of print feasibility.
- Expertise in the latest graphics and business programs:
Adobe CS (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) and Microsoft (Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.). - Ability to work onsite at our Cincinnati, OH office 3‑5 days per week.
- A passion for beauty, with an understanding of category trends and the competitive landscape. A keen eye and attention to detail is critical to win in the beauty category.
- Knowledge of digital UX/UI design principles and a familiarity with AI‑enabled tools used in creating quick prototypes, design iterations, and enhancing ideation speed and creativity.
- Responsibilities as of Day 1 – you will feel the ownership of your work from the beginning, and you will be given specific ownership areas and responsibilities.
- Continuous mentorship – you will work with passionate people and receive formal training as well as day‑to‑day mentoring from your manager, working in a dynamic and encouraging environment with a diverse array of interesting problems.

Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non‑discriminatory factors, including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience. Total rewards at P&G include salary, optional bonus, and benefits.
Starting Pay / Salary Range: $85,000.00 – $ per year
