Clutch is looking for an experienced packaging Graphic Designer with advertising or marketing agency experience for a client.

• Design and develop creative and innovative packaging solutions that are visually appealing, functional, and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, and teams to understand project objectives, target audiences, and brand strategies.
• Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity across all materials.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, while adhering to deadlines and budgets.
• Prepare and present design concepts and final artwork to team and stakeholders for review and approval.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design software, and printing technologies to ensure designs are fresh and effective.
• Work with vendors and printers to ensure accurate and high‑quality production of all materials.
• Create renderings and mockups of packaging and displays.

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or Advertising
• 1+ year of experience in graphic design, with a focus on packaging.
• Experience working in an advertising or marketing agency setting.
• Strong expertise in file preparation, prepress, print production, plates, cylinders and metal decoration.
• Previous experience with global brands a plus!
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout.
• Knowledge of packaging materials, printing processes, and production techniques.
• Ability to think creatively and develop innovative design solutions.
• Experience with UX/UI design a plus!
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Portfolio showcasing relevant work.
