Service Advisor

As a Service Advisor at McCluskey Chevrolet in Cincinnati, OH, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and assisting clients with their automotive service needs.

Job Title: Service Advisor

Reports To: Service Manager

Location: Cincinnati, OH

Shift: 7am-4pm or 4pm-11pm

• Taking notes regarding the customer’s concerns
• Quoting and selling estimates
• Updating the customer as needed
• Communication with technicians
• Creating RO’s based on the service/repairs the customer requests and approvals

• Dependable, team player. Outgoing and friendly disposition
• Neat and clean appearance
• Ability to work well independently and in a fast-paced team environment
• Ability to multi-task and de-escalate upset customers
• Professionally speak to customers always representing the McCluskey Automotive in a positive way
• Superior attention to detail with impeccable time management skills and a passion for Customer Service
