As a Service Advisor at McCluskey Chevrolet in Cincinnati, OH, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and assisting clients with their automotive service needs.
Job Title: Service Advisor
Reports To: Service Manager
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Shift: 7am-4pm or 4pm-11pm
Responsibilities- Taking notes regarding the customer’s concerns
- Quoting and selling estimates
- Updating the customer as needed
- Communication with technicians
- Creating RO’s based on the service/repairs the customer requests and approvals
- Dependable, team player. Outgoing and friendly disposition
- Neat and clean appearance
- Ability to work well independently and in a fast-paced team environment
- Ability to multi-task and de-escalate upset customers
- Professionally speak to customers always representing the McCluskey Automotive in a positive way
- Superior attention to detail with impeccable time management skills and a passion for Customer Service
