Member Service Representative- Personal Banker - OTR Office

Overview

Tru Partner Credit Union in Cincinnati, Ohio is actively seeking a sociable and ambitious Member Service Rep to assist members with loans, accounts, notary requests, and other inquiries. This role focuses on providing excellent customer service, engaging with members, and supporting branch operations.

• Be the first point of contact for in-branch members on issues requiring more than a teller level of assistance; communicate clearly and proactively help members choose the best financial solutions.
• Take loan applications and open accounts; notarize documents as needed.
• Listen to and empathize with members to remedy complaints calmly and professionally; maintain excellent organization and time management to complete reports and records, balance daily transactions, attend meetings, and collaborate with other departments.
• Contribute to a high level of service that supports member success and satisfaction.

• Previous customer service and sales experience
• Basic understanding of computers and technology
• Strong communicator
• Lending experience preferred
• Notary Public (or eligible to become one in the state of Ohio)

You typically work 35-40 hours Monday through Saturday between 8:15 AM and 5:45 PM (until 1:30 on Saturdays), depending on branch hours and department needs. Flexibility to be assigned to different branches as needed is valued to maintain excellent customer service.
