Call Center Representative - $18/hr | M-F 9am-5pm
Are you confident on the phone and great with people? We're hiring a Call Center Representative to join our fast-growing, locally owned home improvement company!
Position Details:
- Schedule: Monday
- Friday 9am-5pm - Pay: $18/hour
- Location: In office
- Book free in-home estimates for homeowners interested in bath and shower remodeling
- Follow up with warm leads who haven't scheduled yet
- Use CRM and scheduling software to manage calls and appointments
- No cold calling or telemarketing
- This position is appointment-setting only - you will not handle customer issues
- Great phone presence and conversation skills
- Strong typing, computer, and organizational abilities
- Experience with CRM systems and scheduling software is a plus
- Positive, self-motivated, and team-oriented
