Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and professional Call Center Agent to join our Cincinnati team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact between our company and our clients, ensuring accurate communication, timely updates, and exceptional service delivery.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, confident in handling high call volumes, and capable of maintaining composure while resolving inquiries efficiently. This position plays a critical role in supporting daily logistics operations and strengthening client relationships.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner

Provide accurate information regarding shipments, services, and company procedures

Resolve client inquiries and concerns efficiently while maintaining service standards
