Job DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated and professional Call Center Agent to join our Cincinnati team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact between our company and our clients, ensuring accurate communication, timely updates, and exceptional service delivery.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, confident in handling high call volumes, and capable of maintaining composure while resolving inquiries efficiently. This position plays a critical role in supporting daily logistics operations and strengthening client relationships.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
Provide accurate information regarding shipments, services, and company procedures
Resolve client inquiries and concerns efficiently while maintaining service standards
Document interactions and maintain organized records in company systems
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely issue resolution
