Customer Service SpecialistPrimary Responsibilities:

- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries
- Process transactions at point of sales (POS)
- Upsell customers by engaging them in productive conversations surrounding current product offerings
- Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions comprehensively.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues promptly and accurately.
- Stay informed about our current product offerings to provide knowledgeable assistance.
- Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) for data management and account updates.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in customer support or service-oriented roles preferred.
- Strong computer skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Able to quickly build rapport with customers
- Proven track record of customer success
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college completion preferred.
- Attention to detail and strong note-taking abilities are essential.
- Sales experience is a plus
Skills:
- Experience with CRM systems is advantageous.
- Background in sales or customer relationship management.
