The Position

Job Title: Logistics Account Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Our client manages complex, high-stakes shipments while making logistics seamless for their customers. As an Account Manager, you ll be at the center of creating and executing solutions that provide reliability, peace of mind, and exceptional service.
  • You ll join a tight-knit operations team that works collaboratively to support a diverse portfolio of customers. Day-to-day, you ll be responsible for tracking shipments, pricing and quoting, dispatching carrier partners, and ensuring a best-in-class customer experience. Transportation moves fast, priorities can shift quickly, and every shipment matters, so our client is looking for people who thrive under pressure, take ownership, and enjoy solving problems in real time.
