Call Center Representative

Tru Partner Credit Union in Cincinnati, Ohio is actively seeking a sociable and ambitious full‑time Call Center Representative to communicate with members about plans and services. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE

As a representative, you are the first point of contact with our members. With excellent communication, you answer incoming calls and proactively discuss policies, programs, orders, payments, products, and services. You listen and empathize with members to remedy complaints calmly and composed. Your excellent organization and time management skills help complete reports, balance daily transactions, attend meetings, and collaborate with other departments as needed.

CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE QUALIFICATIONS
  • Previous customer service or related experience
  • Basic understanding of computers and technology
  • Strong communicator

Can you stay calm under pressure? Do you have strong communication skills, both verbal and written? Are you able to quickly adapt and think critically to solve any problems that arise? Do you have excellent organization and time management skills? If yes, we want you to join our Tru Partner team!

CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE WORK SCHEDULE

You typically work Monday through Thursday from 8:15 AM to 5 PM, as well as some Saturdays (typically 2/month) from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

Your flexibility provides excellent customer service that our members and team greatly appreciate.
