Responsibilities
* Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls related to service inquiries, account questions, scheduling, and issue resolution
* Provide personalized, solution-oriented support
* Accurately document all customer interactions in internal systems
* Listen actively to customer concerns and escalate issues as needed
* Clearly explain services, account details, and next steps to customers
* Partner with internal teams to resolve customer requests in a timely manner
* Meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction standards in a fast-paced environment
Required Qualifications
* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or high-volume environment
* Strong verbal communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
* Comfortable handling back-to-back calls throughout the day
* Ability to think critically and respond naturally without scripted prompts
* Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
* Reliable attendance and professional demeanor
* Background in billing, account resolution, or customer account management ideal
Pay Details: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour
