1st Shift | $20-$21/hour
Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Norwood, Ohio. This is a first shift opportunity ideal for candidates who have strong customer service skills and a background in the medical or healthcare field.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and online systems in a timely and professional manner
Assist customers with questions related to services, billing, scheduling, or account information
Enter and update information accurately within internal systems and databases
Provide order/status updates, confirmations, and follow-up communication as needed
Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and issues while maintaining a high level of professionalism
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient resolution of client needs
Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all customer interactions
Qualifications:
2+ years of customer service experience required
Medical, healthcare, or insurance-related experience strongly preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry systems
High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
Schedule:
First shift (standard business hours)
Pay:
$20-$21/hour, depending on experience
