LHH is supporting a growing organization in the Cincinnati, OH area is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join their team in a fast-paced call center environment. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential for top performers. The team offers a professional and team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

* Handle a high volume (around 50 calls) of inbound calls related to customer service inquiries, account questions, and service support

* Assist customers with scheduling, billing inquiries, and issue resolution in a professional and timely manner

* Accurately document all customer interactions within internal systems

* Escalate complex concerns when needed while maintaining a positive customer experience

* Partner with internal teams to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently

Qualifications:

* At least 2 years of previous customer service or call center experience required

* Strong verbal communication skills and a customer-focused approach

* Ability to manage high call volumes and multitask across systems

* Comfortable navigating multiple computer programs simultaneously

* Reliable attendance and strong professional demeanor
