Call Center Representative

Location:

Norwood, Ohio

Pay: $18-19/hour

Schedule:

1st shift, Monday-Friday

We are seeking experienced Call Center Representatives for a contract-to-hire opportunity with our client in the Norwood area. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments and are passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls (50-70+ daily)

* Assist customers with account inquiries, troubleshooting, and general support

* Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and service issues in a professional manner

* Document all interactions accurately in the system

* Process transactions and navigate multiple systems efficiently

* Escalate complex issues as needed while maintaining customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

* Must have prior high-volume call center experience

* Strong communication and problem-solving skills

* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

* Comfortable working with multiple systems and data entry

* Reliable and professional with strong attendance

Pay Details: $18.00 to $19.00 per hour
