1st Shift - 8:00am to 5:00pm

Pay Rate: $20 an hour

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with one of our clients to identify a Call Center Representative for a first‑shift opportunity. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, handling inquiries, and providing timely, professional support.

Position Summary

The Call Center Representative will serve as a primary point of contact for customers, assisting with questions, issues, and requests while delivering a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or internal systems

* Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently

* Document customer interactions accurately in company systems

* Process orders, requests, or account updates as needed

* Communicate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution

* Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

* Perform other customer service or administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications

* Must have a call center background answering a high volume of inbound calls

* Prior customer service experience preferred

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to remain professional and organized in a fast‑paced setting

* Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills

* Strong attention to detail and follow‑through

* Reliable attendance and time management
