Overview
This position sits within our Customer Success division which is responsible for supporting our customers at every interaction through technical support and training to create consistent high levels of customer satisfaction.
The OpportunityAs a Customer Service Representative, you will provide post‑sales/implementation support services to customers including installation, troubleshooting, problem resolution and maintenance of products and services produced by the organization. Respond to questions from customers and diagnoses, troubleshoots and resolves technical issues regarding products and services. Provide first‑level support on customer issues.
Responsibilities- Accept inbound calls and assess customer needs.
- Address all customer billing inquiries.
- Provide product knowledge and assistance to aid with data concerns such as missing documents, etc.
- Provide product support.
- Route calls correctly to the proper department.
- May be asked to make outbound calls.

- High school diploma required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1‑year experience in a call center / customer service environment preferred.
- The physical activities of this position include frequent sitting, telephone communication, working on a computer for extended periods of time. Visual acuity is required to perform activities close to the eyes.
- This position is a hybrid position and team members are expected to have a dedicated and established remote workspace.
- Ability to work hybrid, with Tuesday and Wednesday in‑office presence, in our Cincinnati or Atlanta office.
