Summit Consulting is looking for a Senior Customer Service Representative to join their Claims team in Cincinnati, OH. This hybrid position will require 4 days in the office and 1 day remote after training. The representative will be responsible for handling customer interactions, processing claims intake, and resolving inquiries. Ideal candidates will have customer service experience, strong PC skills, and excellent communication abilities.
