About the Role
Join the company as a Customer Service Representative and be part of a team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. In this role, you’ll handle inbound and outbound customer interactions, resolve issues, and ensure every customer receives high‑quality, professional support.
What You’ll Do- Handle inbound customer calls and outbound follow‑ups
- Resolve customer issues with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency
- Manage escalations and complaints in line with company policies
- Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
- Identify trends and recommend improvements to enhance customer experience
- Use internal tools and systems to provide accurate, timely information
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of customer service or call center experience
- Strong problem‑solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to de‑escalate challenging situations with empathy and professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with financial products or technology
- Background in fast‑paced, customer‑focused environments
- Call Centers

- Any high‑volume customer‑facing role
