Customer Service Rep, HelpDesk/Support
We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our overnight team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced emergency environment, enjoys helping both people and pets during stressful situations, and can remain calm, organized, and professional overnight.
Schedule and Compensation- 3rdShift : 6p-4a
- Rotating schedule: M/Tu/W/Sat and Sun/W/Th/F
- Starting pay: $17-$18/hour (higher rates may be available based on experience)
- Overnight shift differential: +$2/hour for hours worked between 8:00 PM and 6:00 AM
- Weekend shift differential: +$2/hour
- Differentials do not stack
- Previous client service/customer service experience required; veterinary or medical experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with office software and systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Successful candidates must be able to work independently overnight while maintaining strong teamwork and communication with medical staff

As the first point of contact for many emergency and specialty clients, CSRs play a critical role in supporting hospital operations, maintaining efficient patient flow, and guiding clients through emotional or urgent situations with empathy and professionalism.
Responsibilities- Managing high-volume incoming phone calls and client communication
- Greeting and assisting emergency and specialty clients
- Supporting front desk and administrative hospital operations overnight
- Maintaining accurate medical and client records
- Collaborating closely with veterinary technicians, assistants, and doctors
- Assisting with patient intake and emergency workflow coordination
- Maintaining organization, cleanliness, and professionalism throughout client-facing areas of the hospital
- Supporting clients through emotionally sensitive situations with compassion and discretion
