Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Cincinnati, Ohio. This is a first shift opportunity ideal for candidates with strong customer service skills and proven call center experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle high-volume inbound customer calls in a professional and efficient manner

* Respond to customer inquiries regarding accounts, services, billing, or general questions

* Accurately enter and update customer information within internal systems

* Provide timely follow-up and resolution to customer concerns

* De-escalate issues and resolve complaints while maintaining a positive customer experience

* Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all customer interactions

* Partner with internal teams to ensure customer needs are resolved quickly and efficiently

Qualifications:

* Minimum of 2+ years of customer service experience required

* Previous call center or high-volume phone experience required

* Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone

* Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Schedule:

* First shift (standard business hours)

Pay:

* $19-$20/hour, depending on experience
