Tru Partner Credit Union in Cincinnati, Ohio is actively seeking a sociable and ambitious full‑time Teller to conduct members day‑to‑day transactions at our Western Hills branch. As a teller, you are valuable to the credit union for being the first point of contact with our in‑branch members. You answer questions and proactively help members choose solutions. You perform their transactions, listen, empathise, and resolve complaints calmly. Excellent organization and time‑management skills help you complete reports, balance daily transactions, attend meetings, and collaborate with other departments as needed.
Qualifications- Previous customer service or related experience
- Basic understanding of computers and technology
- Strong communicator
- Prior cash handling is a plus
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred
You typically work Monday through Friday 8:15 AM‑5:45 PM, depending on branch hours. Some Saturdays (typicaly 2/month) until 1:30 PM. Flexibility is key.
