Customer Service Representative

1st Shift | $19–$20/hour
Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Cincinnati, Ohio. This is a first shift opportunity ideal for candidates with strong customer service skills and proven call center experience in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Handle high-volume inbound customer calls in a professional and efficient manner
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding accounts, services, billing, or general questions
- Accurately enter and update customer information within internal systems
- Provide timely follow‑up and resolution to customer concerns
- De‑escalate issues and resolve complaints while maintaining a positive customer experience
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all customer interactions
- Partner with internal teams to ensure customer needs are resolved quickly and efficiently
- Minimum of 2+ years of customer service experience
- Previous call center or high‑volume phone experience
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
- Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
First shift (standard business hours)
Pay$19–$20/hour, depending on experience
