Innovative Labor and Cleaning is looking for a customer service representative to join our team in our office.
This person will drive customer satisfaction by fielding inquiries, addressing pain points and maintaining extensive product knowledge.
Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate has a customer-first mindset and aims to deliver high-quality service in every customer interaction.
Responsibilities- Answer the phones and field inquiries.
- Take incoming applications.
- Keep organized files for all employees and clients.
- Ensure all employee timesheets are turned in on time for payroll.
- Perform any other small office errands and duties.
Monday-Thru-Friday 12pm-5pm (Part Time). Salary: $14.00 per hour. Felons are encouraged to apply!
