SERVPRO of East Central Cincinnati is hiring a Dispatch Coordinator to help schedule a team to the customer’s location to assess the work that would need to be completed. • Dispatch and schedule restoration teams to incoming leads and projects in coordination with the management team.
• Review and maintain the scheduling software so that appropriate teams are routed accordingly.
• Perform detailed and accurate data entry.
• Receive incoming calls about past services, follow ups on current projects, and general inquiries about the business and other routine communications.
• Collaborate and assist with other departments as needed.

• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• At least 2 years of customer service and/or office‑related experience.
• Prior dispatch experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask and remain detail‑oriented.
• Knowledge of local geographical area preferred.
• Must be knowledgeable in relevant computer applications.

This is a sedentary role in a fast‑paced office environment. Some filing is required; lifting files, opening filing cabinets, bending, or standing as necessary. Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.
