Full‑Time Customer Service Representative
We are looking to hire a new CSR.
Job DescriptionSchaeffer’s Customer Service Representatives are tasked primarily with providing our subscribers and internal departments with a positive experience while servicing accounts, supporting sales and handling customer concerns.
Duties and Responsibilities- Handle any credit card and Pay Pal disputes through the review of calls, emails, and notes on contact records
- Compile information to fight disputes on behalf of the company
- Assist subscribers with account maintenance, website navigation and general questions, via emails, phone and/or live chats
- Internal account maintenance including but not limited to combining duplicate records, handling email deliverability issues, redistributing book assignments when requested by management
- Reviewing sections of OA newsletter for accuracy
- Manually modifying subscription terms as required by specific promotions
- Monitor overnight voicemails and route accordingly
- Manage the credit card dispute process such as tracking cases, providing rebuttals, transcribing sales calls
