As an Account Representative for Deatria Walker – State Farm Agent, you are essential to our daily operations and our customers’ success. You build the agency’s growth through strong customer relationships, acting as a liaison between client needs and internal departments, and proactively marketing relevant products and services. Your role helps customers protect what matters most and supports a community-focused business culture.

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• No prior experience required.

Compensation: $45,000 – $65,000 per year.
