Tru Partner Credit Union in Cincinnati, Ohio is actively seeking a sociable and ambitious Floating Teller / Call Center Rep to conduct members' day-to-day transactions at whichever branch has the highest need. ResponsibilitiesAs a teller, you are valuable to the credit union as the first point of contact with our in-branch members or members who contact us by phone. With excellent communication, you answer questions and proactively help members choose the best solutions for their financial situation. You perform transactions and listen and empathize with members to remedy complaints in a calm and composed manner.
You will balance daily transactions, complete reports and records, attend meetings, and collaborate with other departments as needed. You contribute to delivering exceptional service that supports member success.
- Previous customer service or related experience
- Basic understanding of computers and technology
- Strong communicator
- Prior cash handling is a plus
You typically work Monday through Friday between 8:15 AM and 6:00 PM, depending on branch hours and department scheduling. Some Saturdays (typically 2 per month) until 1:30 PM are required. Flexibility provides excellent customer service that members and the team greatly appreciate.
