Senior Client Solution Specialist

• Collect assets and prepare spreadsheets to track collection process
• Process call reports
• Meet offsite with appraisers and estate sale vendors
• Process cash and asset movement and other tasks at discretion of Sr. ESA

• 2+ years’ probate law firm experience, or equivalent experience/educational background that demonstrates familiarity with wills, probate, trust, and estate administration

Provides sales, service and execution support for new and ongoing client relationships. May serve as a customer solutions resource. Gathers required documentation. Prepares, reviews and verifies documents and relevant information for accuracy. Performs common processing and ensures compliance with standard regulations and processes. May administer implementation plans and related client interactions. Acts as a point of contact for clients, client teams or service partners and escalates client implementation and servicing issues as necessary.

Initiates, updates and verifies client, account, or transaction details in relevant systems/applications. Provides reports as needed. May serve as a peer resource and may perform general administrative support.

Associate’s or equivalent degree as well as related experience or product knowledge to accomplish primary duties. Typically requires 4+ years of related business or functional experience. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Base Salary: $41,250.00 – $68,750.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
