The Role

As a Contact Center Representative, you're the voice of Cinfed. You'll thrive in our friendly, professional environment by building relationships and providing high-quality financial member service over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Relationship Building: Develop professional and interpersonal connections with our members.
• Problem Solving: Provide accurate information and high-level customer service to help members manage their accounts.
• Advocacy: Actively promote Cinfed's products and services to help members reach their goals.
• Professionalism: Maintain a high level of trust, diplomacy, and accuracy in every interaction.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Experience: At least 6 months of similar or related experience (customer service or retail).
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency in computer applications and solid math skills.
• Soft Skills: Genuine enjoyment for helping people and a focus on detail and accuracy.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Clearance: Ability to pass a pre-employment background check (credit, criminal, and drug).

Work Schedule: M-F 8:00AM-6:00PM (2 shifts) Saturday 9:00AM-1:00PM
