Customer Sales Coordinator

Location:

Cincinnati, OH Pay Rate: $23.00 – $25.00 per hour Shift: 8 AM – 4:30 PM | Monday – Friday Are you a customer-focused professional with experience in sales support, account coordination, or customer service? Education Requirements

Associate degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred. An equivalent combination of education and relevant customer service/sales experience will be considered.

Skills + Experience Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, inside sales, account coordination, or call center/contact center environments. Experience supporting customers through phone, email, and other communication channels. Proven sales experience or the ability to identify customer needs and recommend solutions is preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel. Ability to learn and utilize software systems for order processing, invoicing, and payment tracking. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records. Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Physical Capabilities

Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer workstation. Ability to use a computer, telephone, headset, and other office equipment for extended periods. Ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members, and business partners. Ability to travel independently locally and nationally for customer visits, expos, conferences, and events as needed. Ability to perform administrative tasks requiring accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.

Job Duties + Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service and sales support through phone, email, and in-person interactions. Support customer retention and revenue growth by identifying opportunities for additional products and services. Assist with new customer development through outreach, presentations, customer visits, and events. Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely solutions. Assist customers with e-commerce ordering, account updates, and website navigation. Create, track, and maintain customer invoices and payment records.

Collaborate with finance, production, and shipping teams to support accurate and timely order fulfillment. Maintain detailed customer records, sales activity documentation, and transaction history. Assist management with scheduling, daily assignments, and administrative tasks. Participate in customer visits, expos, conferences, and other customer-facing events as needed. Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information. Follow safety procedures and support a positive work environment.
