Mango Analytics is seeking bilingual Call Center Customer Service Representatives to handle English and Spanish inquiries. You will educate customers on bank products, resolve issues on the first contact, and identify upsell opportunities in a compliant, fast-paced onsite environment.
Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, data entry ability, and a customer-focused attitude. Prior call center experience is a plus but not required.
