- Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, delivering exceptional customer service
- Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Support front-of-house operations to ensure a welcoming and efficient guest checkout experience
- Communicate critical information clearly and effectively
- Provide timely and accurate updates to leadership regarding issues and operational needs
- Adhere to departmental safety protocols
- Identify, report, and elevate safety concerns as appropriate
- 2 years of related supervisory experience
- 5+ years of customer service experience
