We’re looking for a customer‑focused, upbeat representative to handle inbound calls, schedule pest control services, and help customers choose the right treatment plan. If you enjoy helping people and earning extra through commissions, this role is for you!
Responsibilities- Answer calls/emails and schedule service appointments
- Provide service and pricing information
- Process payments & update customer accounts
- Earn commission on service plan sales
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast‑paced environment
- Prior call center or service experience is a plus
- $17.70/hr starting pay
